It is now Europe’s strongest multi-disciplined design-in distributor operating in twelve countries across Western Europe and with sales around £100m. Acal’s current customer base exceeds 5000 active customers who are being serviced by focussed and dedicated field and office-based commercial and technical resources.

Acal Electronics has always differentiated its offering with a strong focus on demand creation and a highly skilled technical sales force. Manufacturers technical support over the last five years has reduced considerably and customers have come to rely more and more on technically orientated distribution. Acal Electronics has taken full advantage of this opportunity and has expanded both the breadth of its offering and the depth of its technical support. It currently has 55 key franchises and 170 specialist sales and application engineers covering a broad spectrum of products.
