I joined Acal Technology in July 2008 as Internal Sales Manager for the semi-conductor business unit. This meant that I managed a team of 10 responsible for the whole internal sales process, from taking an initial enquiry from a customer through to making sure that their product was shipped out on time. Leading and motivating my team, while empowering them to make decisions and develop their careers, gave me a buzz..
In March 2010, I was promoted to Product Manager for one of Acal’s largest franchises. This move has enabled me to focus on the areas I enjoy most – bringing products to market, working closely with Sales to help create new opportunities, managing existing business, and continually developing strong, long-lasting customer and supplier relationships.
For me, the best thing about Acal Technology is its employees. I believe that the people at Acal are really what makes this Company an enjoyable and fulfilling place to work. Everyday I see enthusiasm, energy and passion among my colleagues. We are all team members,sharing a common goal for providing an excellent service for our customers and suppliers, and enthusiastically pursuing new ideas with energy, innovation and vigour.
